Often times we can feel stuck or overwhelmed with untangling life and therapy can be a container to process and navigate one's life direction to move forward. Your story is unique to you and as a therapist I join you in understanding and authoring the life you have lived and want to live. I also understand that quality relationships is a direct indicator of a quality life and yet we have not been taught healthy intepersonal skills. Research also shows having a sense of meaning and purpose leads us to a more satisfied life. Perhaps relational issues are taking up space, addiction, anxiety, depression, family of origin.
